All our products are curated with care and inspired by global luxury perfume houses — however, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer brands whose fragrances we reference.

By using our Website, you represent that:

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight variations in color, packaging, or scent strength may occur due to manual production and digital display differences.
  • All products are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner availability (typically 3–7 business days within India).
  • The Maxim Paris is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product seal is broken.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item, and
  • You report it to us at themaximparis@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing video proof.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom-made or personalized perfumes (e.g., TMP Special Customized Perfumes) are crafted uniquely per your preferences.
Such orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the Website’s operations.
